Many Of Us Know That Jesus Instructed His Disciples To

Many of us know that Jesus instructed his disciples to â€Å"go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature†, but many of us do not realize how deeply this idea is ingrained in the heart of God. Does this verse record the first time this commission was given? Did Jesus only tell his disciples to go into all the world right before He went back to heaven? And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth. † We also have these words in Exodus 19:5-6a: Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine; and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.
